“BACK TO THE TABLE MINISTRY” has been established with an emphasis on what is so essential, but slowly fading away. We believe that the kitchen table with our bibles open is the resolve to all matters in life. It will be the success or demise of our children for God’s purpose and is intended to be a place of influence where roots and a good foundation are developed in our homes.
Deuteronomy 6:6-9 And these words which I have appointed to you, shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and you shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house, and on your gates.
The answers to the questions above have become the pursuit of this ministry. We have realized that the sum total to all of them was accomplished in a man who sacrificed his life for ours. Because he endured such contradiction, God has made available the same comfort, guidance, and protection to us through his predetermined plan. It will be essential to understand that the intent and course for which the natural man exists is vastly different than Spirit life or the way God intended it to be. Just imagine for a moment that he became a complete sacrifice and it was always Gods will that was so fulfilling to him and the purpose for which he lived. For a joy to save us from the world we know today he woke in the morning. Now it is in him that we are able to do the same.
Galatians 6:9 Do not grow weary in well doing, because in due season you will reap if you faint not
Even though it is almost incomprehensible for us to understand, our children will possess the same humility, sacrifice and joy that he did. His death, burial and ultimately resurrection is where true life exists. What he accomplished at the cross allows us to experience the unfathomable riches. Now according to God the soundness and stability of our children begins and ends with him. Because character is transferred from one mind to the next our value and confidence must be in God. The process and result are clear and portrayed in him. Our part is to trust in God and then experience his incomprehensible plan and witness our children’s transformation. Our promise is that they will be changed into his image and resemble him in every way!.
